  3. Chickpea Satu
    Made from carefully selected black chickpeas, slow-roasted and finely ground to preserve natural flavor and nutrition. Rich in plant-based protein, iron, and folate — suitable for all ages above 36 months.
  4. Barley Satu

  1. Chamal ko Pitho (Rice Flour) – Soft, fine, gluten-free — perfect for sel roti and traditional sweets.
  2. Fapar ko Pitho (Buckwheat Flour) – Gluten-free with a rich, earthy flavor — great for roti, pancakes, and healthy recipes.
  3. Kodo ko Pitho (Finger Millet Flour) – High in calcium and fiber — ideal for dhido, roti, and snacks.
  4. Makai ko Pitho (Corn Flour) – Golden, slightly sweet — for cornbread, roti, and thickening soups.
  5. Jau ko Pitho (Barley Flour) – Light, nutty, and mineral-rich — perfect for bread, rotis, and porridge.
  6. Uwa ko Pitho (Foxtail Millet Flour) – Mild, protein-rich — ideal for healthy breads, porridge, and baby food.

How We Keep It Fresh

  1. Select premium grains.
  2. Clean to remove dust and impurities.
  3. Naturally dry for better taste and shelf life.
  4. Grind using stone or modern mills to preserve nutrients.
  5. Sieve for fine texture.
  6. Pack hygienically to lock in freshness.

Chykhala

We produce:

  • Gahu ko Chykhala (Wheat)
  • Jau ko Chykhala (Barley)
  • Makai ko Chykhala (Maize)

Process:

  1. Clean – Remove dust, stones, and impurities.
  2. Sieve – Ensure only pure, uniform grains.
  3. Grind – Freshly mill into fine Chykhala ready for your kitchen.
